View source for Capturing Grades for Progress Report/Quarter/Semester Grades

The following instructions from Frank will work throughout the year. Merely substitute P1 with the appropriate reporting period. Here's a key to the reporting periods:

* P1 = Progress Report 1 (September)
* Q1 = Quarter 1 (October)
* P2 = Progress Report 2 (November)
* S1 = Semester 1 (December)
* P3 = Progress Report 3 (February)
* Q3 = Quarter 3 (March)
* S2 = Semester 2 (May)

From Frank:

In your gradebook, please select the "Final Grades" tab
Please select the grading term "P1"
Review all the D and F grades to be sure everything is correct
Once that class is correct, please click on "P1 in progress"
A box should pop up and please check the tick box "Final Grades Complete"
Click "OK"

You must do this procedure for each section you have.

AFTER YOU HAVE COMPLETED, PLEASE SWITCH YOUR "REPORTING TERM" BACK TO "S1" AND CONTINUE WORKING.  IF YOU DO NOT DO THIS YOU WILL NO BE ABLE TO SEE ANY NEW ASSIGNMENTS YOU ADD AFTER TODAY.
