Your Assignment and Location:

  • North-1 (upper bleachers, north end)
  • North-2 (upper bleachers, north of Press Box)
  • South-1 (upper bleachers, south end)
  • South-2 (upper bleachers, south of Press Box)
  • C-1(center bleachers, upper area, below the Press Box)
  • C-2(center bleachers, lower area, below the Press Box)
  • Rover (area in front of bleachers)
  • Snack Bar Supervisor
  • Ticket Seller (home)
  • Ticket Seller (visitor)
  • Ticket Taker (home )
  • Ticket Taker (visitor)


RESPONSIBILITIES
North-1, North-2, South-1, South-2, C-1, C-2

  • Please come dressed in Scorpion attire so you are easily identified as a staff member.
  • Check in with Alicia Bonnett at 6:00 pm. You will be given a radio and a vest.
  • Keep aisles clear especially the top row.
  • Crowd Control; stay alert to profanity, items being thrown, fights, or any violation of school rules. Use verbal commands for mild violations. Call for a Discipline Administrator if verbal commands are not successful or situation could be serious. Alicia Bonnett – Adam 3
  • Return radio and vest to Administrator when duty is over.


Rover

  • Please come dressed in Scorpion attire so you are easily identified as a staff member.
  • Check in with Alicia Bonnett at 6:00pm. You will be given a radio and a vest.
  • Keep aisles and area in front of bleachers clear.
  • Keep people moving. Do not let them gather in front of bleachers.
  • Do not allow anyone to enter the field area without a field pass.
  • Make sure gates to field are closed at all times.
  • Crowd Control; stay alert to profanity, items being thrown, fights, or any violation of school rules. Use verbal commands for mild violations. Call for a Discipline Administrator if verbal commands are not successful or situation could be serious. Alicia Bonnett – Adam 3
  • Return radio and vest to Administrator when duty is over.


Snack Bar Supervisor

  • Please come dressed in Scorpion attire so you are easily identified as a staff member.
  • Check in with Alicia Bonnett at 6:00 pm. You will be given a radio and a vest.
  • Monitor area in front of restrooms and snack bar.
  • Keep spectators from gathering during game time. Encourage them to go sit in the stands.
  • Crowd Control; stay alert to profanity, items being thrown, fights, or any violation of school rules. Use verbal commands for mild violations. Call for a Discipline Administrator if verbal commands are not successful or situation could be serious.


Ticket Sellers

  • Check in with Alicia Bonnett at 6:00 pm dressed in Scorpion attire so you are identified as a staff member.
  • Get cash box(es) from Administrator in charge.
  • Verify the dollar amount specified on the enclosed paperwork for the start-up cash.
  • Verify the starting number(s) of the enclosed ticket rolls.
  • Ticket prices are in the cash box – one for you and one to display.
  • Tear off a ticket for EACH ticket sold & hand to customer. This is our control.
  • If you need additional change, see Administrator.
  • Sold (used) tickets should NOT be placed in the cash box.
  • When sales are over, complete deposit slip on one side of form – include printing your name and signing where asked.
  • Complete other side of form. Note the next ticket on the roll for each roll. Subtract from starting number. This is your amount of tickets sold.
  • Then multiply by dollar value of each ticket. This is your dollar amount per roll of tickets.
  • Complete the bottom of the form comparing ticket dollar amounts and actual cash on hand.
  • Sign form.
  • Return cash box to Administrator.


Ticket Takers

  • Check in with Alicia Bonnett at 6:00 pm dressed in Scorpion attire so you are identified as a staff member.
  • Stand at entrance gates.
  • Take tickets/tear in half.
  • Check HHS ASB Cards/HHS current staff I.D.’s for free admission.
  • Maintain crowd control at gates.
